Facilities

We have all the conference facilities you’ll need for your event – including multi-media sound systems, projectors, and flipcharts.

Large (3.5metre) LED widescreen video wall.

This facility is only available in the Meeting Place and can be used for presentations and videos using a client’s own laptop or in conjunction with our Multi-Media package.

Portable Digital Projectors

These can be hired for use in either of our Halls, Meeting Place Alcoves or Seminar Rooms. We have a portable stand available if needed. It is preferred that clients bring their own laptops.

Sound & Induction Loop Systems

Full sound and induction loop systems are available in the Meeting Place and Upper Hall. The Lower Hall has access to an induction loop system only.

Portable 32″ widescreen TV with DVD player

 

Flipcharts

Several flipcharts are available free of charge. Pens and paper are included.

Full package of multi-media equipment in the Meeting Place Package includes using any of the following:
